TEAM SUNJIN Recruit
Sunjin always has its door open to newcomers and experienced professionals. They will go through six months of internship and probation period, and after feedback evaluation, they will officially become full-time employees. After internship, newcomers will go through a month of common education and five months of on-the-job training.
Performance evaluation / Reward system
Team Sunjin conducts one-on-one talk to understand the goals and plans of each group, team, and individual, and measure the performance and contribution in order to decide promotion and wage. The term for each rank is as following: employee – deputy (1 – 3 years), deputy – section chief (2 – 4 years), section chief – deputy head (3 - 5 years), deputy head – department head (3 years and more). The shortest period from an employee to an executive position is 12 years. Incentive will be provided to groups, teams, or individuals based on monthly/quarterly/yearly performance evaluation in the forms of profit sharing or productivity incentive.
